What it enables

Three pages, one property each. Each says what the property is, who has it today and where the rule that states it lives. If a term is new, the glossary has it.

• Pure synthesis, no execution The build takes the values from the source without executing any statement the file wrote.
• Rules over values A rule sees the declared values of every file before anything is emitted, with nothing run, and its findings are data.
• Round-trip generation Live state or an existing artifact becomes source that folds back to exactly what it came from.
