llms.txt lists every page for an agent
The lexicon ships three skills. chant init writes them into the project’s
skills/ directory, and the lexicon’s bundle carries them for any agent that
loads skills from installed lexicons.

Each skill lists only the commands chant runs, which change nothing, and
tells the agent not to run pulumi up, pulumi destroy, pulumi import or a
refresh without --preview-only. Where a fix needs one of those, the skill
has the agent name the command for the stack’s owner and stop.
