Tell me the command line and the environment variables to add terragucci mcp --propose to my MCP client for this repo; do not add or run it yourself, and do not create or print credentials.
Never apply, approve (a pull request review or `terragucci approve`), override a policy denial (`terragucci override`), use `--mode apply`, or merge; never touch `.chant/allowed_signers` or `chant/lifecycle`.

With templates set in terragucci.yml (terragucci request), the agent can ask for a new app, or an add-on to one, instead of writing the root itself. The templates tool lists each template with its versions and form fields. request_from_template opens the pull request a form opens:

{ "template": "acme/bucket/aws", "name": "orders", "inputs": { "bucket_name": "orders-data" } }
{
"branch": "request/bucket/orders",
"pull_request": 8,
"url": "https://github.com/acme/infra/pull/8",
"existing": false,
"next": "the pipeline plans request/bucket/orders; plan_result with pull_request 8 reads its plan note and policy result, and a person reviews and merges it"
}

The document in the pull request’s body says "via": "mcp", and the body ends with the footer a propose pull request has. The requester is the user the forge says the server’s token acts as. claimed_by names the person the agent asks for, and the document carries it as claimedBy, which the forge does not vouch for. An add-on takes the app’s name in app. A second call for the same branch returns the open pull request with existing: true. plan_result then reads its plan, as in Have an agent propose a change over MCP.

The tool needs a chant with template requests; on an older one it answers with an error naming it. Where chant has the propose tier, --propose runs on chant’s read-only server and the tool names start with terragucci:.

A call The answer
request_from_template with a sensitive input, or one terragucci request refuses an error with the refusal’s code, such as sensitive-input, and nothing is pushed
any tool with an argument it does not list, such as token an error naming the argument: credentials come from the server’s environment
