In the terragucci clone, run `just example down` and confirm the local stack is gone.
Then, in my own repository, run `npx terragucci init --dry-run --json` and show me the findings, run `npx terragucci init`, and open a pull request with the files it wrote. Do not create secrets.
Never apply, approve (a pull request review or `terragucci approve`), override a policy denial (`terragucci override`), use `--mode apply`, or merge; never touch `.chant/allowed_signers` or `chant/lifecycle`.

In your own repository terragucci init finds the roots and the binary and the forge itself. Most repos need no config.

Get your first plan note takes you from npm i -D @intentius/terragucci to a plan note on a pull request. A person approves the waves that wait with terragucci approve; under approval: sealed, set up the signers file before the first merge.

terragucci.yml keys covers the config, and Set up with a coding agent has a prompt for an agent to do it.
